Positive Minds programme from 10-2pm
This is a perfect face to face confidence building programme where you can take part in visualisation, art therapy, growing and taking part in a team task. All learners finish the programme feeling empowered and full of a new found confidence

Ideal for Specialist educational needs or to improve mental health and bringing people out of isolation

Basic Digital Skills
Learn the basics with the wonderful UDevelop team of professionals and let them guide you on a comfortable journey in the digital world. Learning all about the basics of the equipment, accessing applications and going online and accessing online forms and completing tasks and accessing your MY GP app or patient access! You can even do a research project which is bespoke to YOU!

RSPH DELIVERY IN SOUTH RIBBLE
For anyone who is wanting to gain a boost in motivation and confidence towards health then this is for you - Royal Society of Public health level 2 qualification
This qualification focusses on providing you with information to make informed choices about health.
It looks at the Positive and Negative influences towards health, alcohol and smoking consumption, health inequalities, goal setting, communication and gives you a complete understanding to peer support others!!
